Los Angeles Pride at Work believes that the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), and the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) are essential for the protection of LGBTQ workers across the country. Pride at Work on the national level has partnered with the National Stonewall Democrats to organize for the passage of both the Employee Non- Discrimination Act (ENDA), and the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA).
